4 scientists, 7 Australian artists and 4 Chinese artists will draw inspiration from the Strange Attractors exhibition to discuss the area of art and science collaborations and notions of how science and technology effect and infect culture.
Artists discuss their artistic practice and the work in the exhibition.
Scientists who have worked on art projects discuss the collaborative process experienced when artists enter their labs.
And a cross cultural panel of Chinese and Australians will explore the effect science and technology has on art and society.
This is a free event, with translations, presented by Zendai Museum of Modern Art, Novamedia, The University of Western Australia and SymbioticA.
